By booking one of our offers, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
COACHING METHOD
By purchasing an Ascension Coaching session with Denis or Nicole - whether as a one-on-one session, package, or group coaching - you understand that you will be coached exclusively with or through:
- the Mirror Exercise as taught by Jeff and Shaleia Divine, and
- the Teachings of Union, developed by Jeff and Shaleia Divine.
APPOINTMENTS
All sessions with Denis and Nicole are booked online through Acuity Scheduling. After purchasing a package, you will be redirected to the scheduling page to select your session time slots.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any missed sessions will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited, unless you notify Denis or Nicole at least 24 hours in advance or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, the session is forfeited.
BOOKING TIMEFRAME
All sessions must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, unused sessions will expire without replacement or refund.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. If you choose to end your coaching with Denis or Nicole, no refunds will be issued for any services or remaining and unused sessions, whether purchased as a package, individually, or as part of a group coaching subscription.
We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship without any obligation to issue a refund if, at any time:
- you behave in a verbally or emotionally abusive way toward us as Ascension Coaches or individuals,
- you repeatedly miss scheduled appointments without communicating with us,
- there is a clear and ongoing resistance and unwillingness to heal using the Mirror Exercise and engage with the Teachings of Union,
- or if there is a conflict of interest between the client, the business, and any affiliated parties, including but not limited to: Twin Flames Universe, Jeff and Shaleia, and all certified Ascension Coaches of Twin Flames Universe.
CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF DIGITAL SERVICES
Certain products consist of digital content, digital services, online courses, and other immediately accessible offerings. By purchasing products from Twin Flames Denis & Nicole, the customer expressly requests and consents to immediate access and immediate commencement of performance. The customer acknowledges that access to the purchased content and services begins immediately upon purchase and that, where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has commenced.
